{"id":7684,"date":"2024-02-21T14:20:44","date_gmt":"2024-02-21T13:20:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mgbb.fr\/?p=7684"},"modified":"2024-07-19T18:24:58","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T16:24:58","slug":"7684","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mgbb.fr\/index.php\/2024\/02\/21\/7684\/","title":{"rendered":"2023-2024 Lo\u00e9va, entraineur des \u00e9quipes de jeunes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-ast-global-color-6-background-color has-background\"><strong>Apr\u00e8s une demi saison, il est temps de vous pr\u00e9senter Lo\u00e9va entraineur des \u00e9quipes de jeunes au sein du club.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je m\u2019appelle Lo\u00e9va Grayo , j\u2019ai 19ans je suis actuellement \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irss.fr\/nos-ecoles\/irss-nantes\/\">l\u2019IRSS de Nantes<\/a> (formation et pr\u00e9paration aux m\u00e9tiers du sport, de la sant\u00e9 et de la petite enfance) en alternance au MGBB et \u00e9galement dans une association (Avan\u00e7ons Ensemble).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pratique le basket depuis l\u2019\u00e2ge de mes 9 ans au sein du m\u00eame club ou je suis actuellement en s\u00e9nior femme (club d\u2019Oudon basket).<br>J\u2019ai eu la chance de coacher et d\u2019encadrer b\u00e9n\u00e9volement pendant 5 ans au sein de mon club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au sein du club de la MGBB j\u2019interviens comme entraineur sur toutes cat\u00e9gories \u00e0 partir de mini basket \u00e0 U17M.<br>Mon ressenti sur l\u2019encadrement\u00a0: il y a de bons groupes jeunes et adolescentes qui veulent progresser.<br>Par contre il y a beaucoup de bases \u00e0 revoir pour certaines cat\u00e9gories qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 acquises auparavant, mais actuellement je vois la diff\u00e9rence sur les progr\u00e8s de certains et certaines.<br>Mes attentes pour la fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e avec la MGBB seraient de donner un maximum d\u2019outil et de technique basket aux joueurs pour que les \u00e9quipes progressent et pourquoi pas pour certaines \u00e9quipes aller chercher un niveaux au dessus.<br><br>Mon projet pour l\u2019avenir serait de continuer une formation pour me former dans le handi-sport, ou de partir directement dans le salariat en multi-sport selon les opportunit\u00e9s.<br><br>En tout cas je suis tout \u00e0 fait contente de la confiance que le club de la MGBB me donne en ce d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e sur l\u2019encadrement des diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories.<br>GRAYO Lo\u00e9va<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/mgbb.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/20240207_Loeva2-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7687\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mgbb.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/20240207_Loeva2-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mgbb.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/20240207_Loeva2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mgbb.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/20240207_Loeva2-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/mgbb.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/20240207_Loeva2-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/mgbb.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/20240207_Loeva2-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s une demi saison, il est temps de vous pr\u00e9senter Lo\u00e9va entraineur des \u00e9quipes de jeunes au sein du club.
